This website is operated by Beauty By Doctor Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website, you agree to these terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), and acknowledge that you are using the site at your own risk. These terms apply to all users, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and content contributors.

Agreement to Terms
By making an appointment, you agree to our Terms of Service.

Non-Refundable Booking / Consultation Fee
New patients seeing practitioners at Beauty By Doctor for consultation are charged a $285 deposit/booking fee for their first consultation. These deposit/booking fees are non-refundable and non-negotiable. This includes the situation where your practitioner determines that you are unsuitable for treatment on the day of consultation.

Cancellation Fee
For appointments that have not paid a deposit/booking fee, a cancellation fee of $285 applies to appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice. If your appointment is scheduled less than 48 hours before your appointment time, a $285 cancellation fee applies should you cancel. This is non-negotiable.

Photography/Videography
Photography and videography are prohibited on clinic premises without prior consent from management.

Procedure Fees Procedure
Fees vary according to individual characteristics, the practitioner performing the procedure, and the products involved. Pricing guides are available on relevant treatment pages of the clinic’s website (www.beautybydoctor.com/treatments), however, a consultation is required for accurate pricing. It is the client’s responsibility to be aware of the cost. Prices on our website can change without notice. You are not obliged to proceed with the procedure on the day should your budget not allow the cost or should you decide not to have a procedure done. When consenting to the procedure, you are also consenting to paying for the procedure at the time it is performed. A consultation fee of $285 is charged should you decide not to go ahead with the procedure or if your practitioner determines you are not suitable for the treatment.

Payment at Time of Service
You are responsible for ensuring that payment is made for your account by Eftpos, credit card, or cash, or any other payment method offered by Beauty ByDoctor, at the time of service. If you default on paying your account, interest on overdue invoices shall accrue daily from the date of your treatment at a rate of 5% per calendar month and shall compound monthly until full payment is made. If you default on any agreed payment plan of outstanding invoices, Beauty By Doctor will be indemnified against any debt including legal costs and any Debt Collection Agency costs.

Energy-Based / Laser / Radio Frequency Device Procedures
Patients coming for these procedures should refrain from tanning (natural tan / spray tan) for at least four weeks before your procedure. A consultation fee of $285 will apply if the procedure has to be postponed due to tanning, change in medical conditions (e.g., cold sores), or medication not disclosed at the time of booking.

Suitability for Treatment
Beauty By Doctor does not accept all patients for treatment. Some patients are unsuitable for procedures performed at Beauty By Doctor. We reserve the right to decline or cancel further management of any patient if the medical practitioner determines the patient is unsuitable for further care. If we cease care, we will refer the patient to another clinic. We offer no guarantee or warranty that any procedure will benefit the patient or have guaranteed outcomes. You acknowledge that there is no guarantee of results for any procedure. Satisfaction rates of all medical procedures performed at Beauty By Doctor are high.

Refund Policy
As there is no guarantee with medical procedures, it is essential that the patient understands procedures are not an exact science. Every human body is different and may react differently. Therefore, it is not possible for Beauty By Doctor or the consulting doctor/therapist to refund procedure fees. This is non-negotiable. We will make every reasonable effort to achieve the aesthetic outcome the patient requests, but no guarantees are offered regarding the effects of any procedure performed.

Credit Card Levy
Payments made by credit card may incur the current credit card surcharge at the time of payment.

Doctors/Nurse/Therapist Running Late
At Beauty By Doctor, we strive to be on time for your appointment. All of our clinicians and physicians devote a lot of time to seeing our clients to ensure optimal care and results. However, infrequently, a number of factors can sometimes cause our clinicians and physicians to be behind schedule. If you decide to leave the clinic before your doctor/therapist consults with you due to them running behind schedule, the clinic has the discretion not to book you in for future appointments.

Medications/Change in Medical History
It is the patient’s responsibility to inform Beauty By Doctor of any changes in their medical history (for example, cold sores, pregnancy) and medications (for example, blood thinners, Roaccutane). If the practitioner is unable to perform the procedure due to your medical condition or medications, a consultation fee of $285 will apply.

Emergencies
In the case of an emergency, please call 000 for an ambulance. In the unlikely event of an unforeseen emergency involving the patient's care, the patient will be evacuated to a hospital at the discretion of attending paramedics. All costs relating to the transfer and care of the patient remain the responsibility of the patient. Please inform your treating practitioner of any procedures or medication (oral or topical) you are currently or have recently taken or used.

Review of Procedures
Reviews of procedures are done approximately four to eight weeks after the procedure, depending on the procedure, except in the case of cosmetic emergencies (for example, infection, vascular occlusion). Asymmetry, typical post-treatment swelling, anti-wrinkle results, lumpiness, etc., will not be reviewed for at least four weeks unless advised otherwise by the practitioner. It is your responsibility to inform the clinic of any signs of serious complications. Dissatisfied patients treated by independent contracting doctors will need to be medically reviewed by the treating doctor, except in emergencies.

Virtual Consultation
Video functionality may be utilised for examining your skin and recommending suitable treatments and products. Notify us if you do not have our preferred video conferencing application so we can make other arrangements. All images, audio, and video created during virtual consultations with our team are the property of, and copyright to Beauty By Doctor. They are not to be recorded, shared, or published without prior written permission from Beauty By Doctor.

Photography for Medical Records
Every patient will have photographs taken prior to their initial consultation for their medical records. By making an appointment at the clinic, patients consent to this as part of the normal procedure. Photographs will also be taken again when advised by the doctor/nurse/therapist. Patient Arrivals
In consideration of all patients, if a patient arrives late to their appointment, the doctor/therapist reserves the right not to see the patient on that day. In this case, you may be charged a $285 cancellation fee.

Ceasing the Clinic/Patient Relationship
Beauty By Doctor physicians and clinicians reserve the right to cease the clinic/patient relationship at any time. In this case, the patient will be offered alternative clinics to continue their treatments.

Asymmetry
All humans are asymmetrical. Our doctors/nurses/therapists will do their best to improve this. All corrections of asymmetry post-treatment are at the patient’s cost. Beauty By Doctor does not offer any complimentary treatments in the case of asymmetry.

Communications with the Clinic
All written correspondence to our clinic and practitioners should be via our email info@beautybydoctor.com. Messages sent via any social media direct messaging including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google, are not monitored or answered. Please do not send queries to these accounts, as they will not be answered.

Roles within the Clinic 
All clinical-related matters relating to a patient's treatment by an independent contracting doctor are managed by that independent contracting doctor.
All booking and administrative matters are managed by the practice manager or reception (info@beautybydoctor.com).
All treatment-related matters by nurses and therapists are managed by the internal nursing and therapist team.

Racism, Cyberbullying, Hate Speech, and Threats
Racism, hate speech, threats, and cyberbullying will not be tolerated by our clinic. Beauty By Doctor staff reserve the right to cease the clinic/patient relationship immediately should a patient or a proxy of a patient not adhere to this policy.

Feedback/Complaints

Products or Services (if applicable)
Some products or services on our website may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities. They are subject to the Shipping & Returns terms that follow hereto. We strive to display product colours and images accurately, but cannot guarantee your monitor's display will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit sales by person, region, or jurisdiction, and to limit product or service quantities. Product descriptions and pricing may change without notice, and we can discontinue products at any time. Offers are void where prohibited. We don't guarantee your satisfaction with product or service quality, or that errors will be corrected.

Product Purchasing:

Shipping & Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us info@beautybydoctor.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at info@beautybydoctor.com.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Gift Vouchers Terms and Conditions
Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards can be redeemed for products online. They can be redeemed towards any Beauty By Doctor product or service but cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other legal tender (cash, EFTPOS, credit card, or gift card). They are the equivalent of cash and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards are non-refundable and come with a 3-year expiry date from the date of purchase. Expired Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards do not retain any value. Beauty By Doctor reserves the right to change services without notice. Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards must be presented upon arrival. Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment may result in a cancellation fee being charged to the Gift Card(s) or e-Gift Card(s). You cannot use your Gift Card or e-Gift Card for treatments on a public holiday. e-Gift Cards are automatically emailed to the requested email address. A delivery fee of $10 (flat rate) applies to all Gift Cards mailed to an address within Australia.
